Shipment Details
Order processing may take between same-day and 2 business days before our shipping department packages and labels it. Promotional periods and holidays might extend this timeframe.
We aim for swift shipment, which may result in your order arriving in multiple packages. Upon shipping, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. We handle all orders with care, and sneakers shipped via couriers will be enclosed in a Sigma Kicks protective box to ensure pristine condition upon arrival.

Item Exchange Guidelines
- Exchanges are restricted to sneakers and are only permitted for size-related issues, subject to the availability of stock.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of product receipt (based on courier tracking).
- Exchanges are limited to one per order.
- If the desired size is unavailable, the customer can exchange for a different model, with the customer covering any price difference.
- If the desired size is available but priced differently, customers must cover the price difference.
- For orders shipped via couriers, return the product in its original packaging, including the protective box.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Only unworn items in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
- Sigma Kicks reserves the right to decline exchanges if the product or packaging is not in its original condition.
